appreciation for autumn

colorful leaves. obviously.
the sunny days.
the warm rainy days.
the shades of grey.
the fashion. you can start wearing and combining more clothes and looking more fun.
the shades of gold.
umbrellas. although i don't have a good one.
jogging in the gold.
hundreds of cups of tea.
the ripened fruit. having it fresh or home-made.
cosy nights at home.
raindrops on the bus windows and music in your headphones.
the sound of the rain. you won't have to look outside to know it's raining. you'll know when you hear it and somehow recognizing a sound creates a feeling of safety. when you know it's out there without seeing it.
water from the skies. the freshness that comes along with it.
when you see a bare tree and remember seeing it full of leaves a couple of weeks ago. and how you can tell that time has passed because of it.
walking in the leaves.
yellow, orange and green leaves on the still green grass.
when the mornings get darker.
